Manley-Lefevre - Old Stone House

The stone mansion was built around 1815 with subsequent additions in 1908 and 1925. The original house was quarried from the property and later additions incorporated Danby marble into the facade. At approximately 8,000 square feet, the mansion houses artists in residency Marble House Project. The house is equipped with 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 half baths, 2 large living rooms and a dining room that can seat 22 people. The home also has an office/library dedicated to artists and a dance/performance studio which is utilized year round.

The house and grounds are on the National Register of Historic Places.
