The Barn
A Space as Distinctive as Your Event
Our restored timber-frame barn sits on 38 acres of rolling Vermont farmland, surrounded by gardens, meadows, and mountain views. With soaring ceilings and warm natural light, it offers an unforgettable setting for gatherings of every kind. The Event Barn is ideal for weddings, private events, cocktail receptions and seated dinners. Restored in 2014, our historic barn is available from May through October. The space is 40 ft wide by 50 ft long with an additional stone covered patio.

Friday @ 12:00 PM until Sunday at 3:00 PM — $10,500
Included in the facility rental:
- 150 folding white chairs with cushioned seats
- 10 five-foot round white folding tables
- 7 twelve-foot long wooden farm tables
You will have exclusive use of the Event Barn, Service Barn (which includes caterer’s kitchen, restrooms and a large room), Upper Gardens, Formal Gardens, Ceremony Field and Quarry Cabin.
Please note that the Stone Mansion at Marble House Project is available for an additional rental fee of $5,000 from Friday at 12:00 PM until Sunday at 3:00 PM. Thursday through Monday $6,500. We have limited weekends where weddings are available so get in touch early.
