Marble House Project rents its facilities throughout the year. With the majestic backdrop of the Green Mountains of Southern Vermont, we offer an abundance of natural beauty. We have a variety of event spaces along the property perfect for weddings, cocktail parties and corporate events, film and photo shoots and workshops. When not in residency, we have available housing. Marble House Project is on the National Register of Historic Places.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS
The Event Barn is Ideal for Weddings, Private Events, Cocktail Receptions and Seated Dinners.
Cocktail receptions for up to 200 people or seated dinners for up to 115. Our barn is 40 ft wide by 50 ft long with an additional stone covered patio. The barn, restored in 2014 is rustic yet elegant. It is available from May through October. Please email Info@MarbleHouseProject for scheduling and pricing.
Corporate retreats are available throughout the year when Marble House Project is not in residency. The Manley-Lefevre House has 8 bedrooms, a dining room that can seat 22 people and additional housing across the street at Stickley. We also have a relationship with the marble west inn which is just a short walk from Marble House Project. For scheduling and pricing, please email info@marblehouseproject.
Marble House Project rents the property for workshops during the season. During the warmer months, the barn is available as are portions of the grounds. During the winter months, workshops can be held in the artists studios and we can accommodate housing in the Manley Lefevre House. If you are interested in hosting a workshop please email info@MarbleHouseProject with a project description, length of workshop and whether accommodations are necessary.
Marble House Project has a varied landscape for photoshoots. The Charles Downing Lay Gardens, Organic Farm and quarry are the perfect backdrops for any photo or film shoot. The Italianate gardens and marble walls are ideal for wedding and fashion shoots and the farm is perfect for more casual imagery. For more information see our Farm and Garden Page. The Marble Getaway Cabin is the ideal off-grid space to spend a night or two. Built by the crew of Building Wild for the National Geographic Channel, the cabin can sleep two and overlooks the abandoned quarry. Swim, hike, relax and enjoy the views of Owls Head. The cabin has Marble and wood walls, a woodturning stove and a composting bathroom and is equipped with a battery to keep your equipment charged, coffee maker and books to read. The Manley-Lefevre House has 8 bedrooms, 6 full baths and 2 half baths. It was built from stone quarried on the property in approximately 1815 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The home is available for corporate events, workshops and weddings when artists are not in residence. Please email Info@MarbleHouseproject.org for scheduling and pricing.
Stickley is also available from November through February. We have a one bedroom apartment and a three bedroom house that can be used in conjunction with corporate retreats, weddings or just as a family vacation.Both spaces are a perfect location for skiing, dining and just getting away from it all.
The Stickley apartment is a one bedroom apartment with wood burning fireplace, White marble floor with King size bed and glorious views of the Green Mountains. New eat-in kitchen was installed in 2016 with all new appliances and cabinetry. There is an additional pullout sofa for guests in the living room. Cozy and beautifully decorated.
The three bedroom, two bath house has a dining room with slate floors, living room with fireplace. kitchen and a deck overlooking the Green Mountains. Come with your family to ski, snowboard or hike.
