This year, Marble House Project introduces our Chef Residency — a new discipline in our Artist Residency program. One culinary artist will attend each session, using our farm and onsite kitchens as their studio. Each chef is coming to Marble House Project with the aim of exploring the act of cooking through local, seasonal ingredients and applying the criticality of contemporary art in the kitchen.

Farm To Table Evenings at Marble House Project
During each residency one chef creates a unique farm to table dinner at Marble House Project using fresh local ingredients. Chefs are invited to Marble House Project to innovate a sustainable culinary culture for the 21st Century. The Farm to Table dinner is the culmination of their residency here in Dorset, Vermont.
