Chef's Table With Alicia Walter and Emilie Baltz

This Chef's Table will explore seven ingredients that are abundant in Dorset in early spring. They are asparagus, rhubarb, dandelion, maple, sorrel, eggs, and rabbit. Alicia will be using traditional preservation methods to present four courses with unexpected presentations of these harbingers of spring.
